Ready to use CNT-Compounds - CPC®

CPC® products are „ready-to-use“ compounds with carbon nanotubes as conductive additive. Such compounds can be used in injection molding or extrusion process without any additional effort on customer side.

The type of polymer can be chosen either from a broad set of available polymers or specified by the customer. CPC® are conductive compounds which can be precisely adjusted to the specified level of conductivity up to a level of 10E3 Ohm. Depending on the type of application, the desired level of surface conductivity and mechanical properties of the final product, 2% to 8% by weight of CNT is recommended.

CNT’s additionally afford polymers with higher temperature stability, improved thermal properties, and outstanding surface quality. Also, this nano-filler material does not detach from the polymer host material and therefore retains the desired properties through all the lifetime of the final product.

CPC® compounds are available in all common technical polymers as well polyolefins.
